Asst Facility Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Facility Manager will support the Regional Senior Facility Manger in overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and repair, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of the facility, while managing vendors, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations.

Assist in managing facility operations,

Oversee housekeeping, security and vendor management
:
Basic office administrative tasks ( Ordering / Managing caf / Stationery / VC arrangements and other basic administrative tasks )

Coordinate with internal terms and external vendors
:
Management budgets, inventory, and supplies
:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
:
Support facility upgrades and renovations
:
Participate and implement facility infra support during any site re:locations, expansions, re:size of the sites
:
Site Facilities expense tracking, and budget monitoringQualifications:

Bachelors degree in Facility management or related field
:
Minimum 5:6 years of facility maintenance experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
:
Strong communication and problem :solving skills
:
Excellent communication skills in English,
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
:
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills:

Certification in facility management ( IFMA, BIFMA)

Experience with CMMS software

Project management skills
:
Familiarity with local labor and other basic statutory laws
