Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to drive lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: & Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries. & Convert leads into sales by explaining Switchkart s services and offerings. & Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer details. & Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups. & Work with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets. & Provide timely feedback on customer trends, objections, and market needs. & Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team.
& Qualifications & Skills: & Education: Minimum BBA or Bachelor s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing. & Experience: 0 2 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management (freshers may also apply). & Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory. o& & Excellent communication and persuasion skills. o& & Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. o& & Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. o& & Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset. o& & Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
