Digital Content Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative& Digital Content & Sales Executive& to enhance property sales through compelling video-based storytelling on Instagram and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for real estate and videography with a strong understanding of social media marketing to create engaging, persuasive content that drives buyer interest and conversions. Key Responsibilities

• Create& high-quality, visually engaging video content& of real estate properties for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
• Edit and produce& walkthrough videos, explainer videos, and creative reels& showcasing premium properties.
• Confidently present on camera or deliver compelling voiceovers to communicate property highlights, lifestyle appeal, and investment value.
• Demonstrate a& professional on-camera presence& with excellent communication and articulation skills (fluency in English and Hindi required).
• Manage the& end-to-end video production processfrom concept to editing and publishing.
• Apply strong& graphic design and video editing skills& to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with the& sales and marketing teams& to align content with promotional strategies and campaign goals.
• Stay updated with& social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
• Travel frequently to& project sites and client locations& for content creation and property coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Media, or related fields preferred).
• Proven experience in& video creation, editing, and social media management& (Instagram experience preferred).
• Strong sense of& visual storytelling& and audience engagement.
• Excellent& on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as& CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Basic knowledge of& graphic design tools& (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Passion for real estate with a& results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to& travel extensively& for on-site shoots and promotional activities.
