The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.- Follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales.- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.- Maintain daily call logs and reports.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Care Executive preferred.- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.- Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Multilingual communication ability is an added advantage.
