-This role is pivotal in shaping the voice of Britannica Education across diverse audiences - from school leaders and educators to parents, students, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities :1. Brand-Aligned Content Development :- Craft compelling, consistent messaging that reflects Britannica Education s vision and voice.- Develop content for all brand-led communication including:- Emailers, newsletters, event invites- Marketing collateral (brochures, decks, flyers)- Social media campaign messaging- Internal updates and leadership communication2. Audience-Specific Writing :- Tailor messaging for varied stakeholders including:- School principals and academic heads- Teachers and educators- Parents and students- Internal teams and external collaborators4. Editorial Oversight :- Proofread and edit all outgoing communications to ensure clarity, tone, and brand alignment.- Maintain a central content repository and version control across assets.5. Collaboration :- Collaborate with marketing, product, events, design, and sales teams to build integrated narratives.- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and subject matter experts when needed.Requirements :- 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing, editorial, or brand communication roles.- Proven ability to write across formats - from crisp social posts to long-form reports or principal letters.- Strong command of written English with impeccable grammar and tone modulation.- Understanding of education/edtech/school systems is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
