The Role:The primary responsibility will be to connect with targeted prospects over calls to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our senior team to provide further details.Key role features:- Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to introduce our database services in a professional and clear manner.- Identify the correct point of contact and confirm interest in learning more about our services.- Schedule appointments or call-backs with interested prospects for the senior team.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or tracking sheets.- Follow call scripts while ensuring a natural and engaging conversation.- Coordinate with internal teams to align on appointment schedules and prospect updates.
