Role SummaryWe re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist with strong experience in HNI & B2B financial service campaigns. You ll be responsible for running targeted email marketing efforts using CRM tools like SalesShark, Zoho, and Mailchimp-focusing on lead nurturing, campaign performance, and service conversion. Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns targeting HNIs, Startups, and SMEs for services like GST Filing, ITR, ROC, TDS, Business Compliance, and Audit.- Use SalesShark CRM to segment, track, and automate campaigns based on service cycles and lead categories.- Own full funnel: List building, campaign calendar, A/B testing, click/open tracking, and conversion analysis.- Craft email copy, CTAs, and drip sequences aligned to service offerings, deadlines (ITR/GST season), and client pain points.- Coordinate with service teams (Audit, GST, Tax, CRO) to align messaging with ongoing compliance schedules.- Monitor campaign KPIs and generate weekly performance reports for management review. Required Skills & Experience- 2-5 years in Email Marketing within a CA Firm, Financial Services, or Tax/Compliance/Legal SaaS company- Strong experience in CRM Tools: SalesShark (preferred), Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar- Experience in targeting HNI clients and nurturing leads through automation workflows- Exceptional writing skills for professional, persuasive B2B email content- Knowledge of compliance-related services (GST, ITR, ROC, TDS) to create context-specific campaigns- Analytical mindset - able to interpret metrics like OR, CTR, bounce, unsubscribe, and conversion Preferred Qualification- Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / B.Com / BBA with marketing electives- Certifications in Email Marketing / Digital CRM / Marketing Automation is a plus- Understanding of CA firm service lifecycle and client behavior is highly desirable Important Notes- This is not a BPO or field sales role- Purely in-office execution role - No WFHTargeted towards client acquisition, upselling, and lifecycle communication Apply NowSend your CV Sample Email Campaigns (if available) to:| 90350 78115 www.apnabusinez.com (ref:updazz.com)
