Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 1-3 year of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics, and be capable of growing an engaged online community for our brand.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity and audience interests.- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.- Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.- Handle community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing.- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).- Creativity and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with Jaipur-based brands or local markets is a plus.- Prior experience in influencer marketing or collaborations.- Knowledge of video editing for reels/stories (basic level).
