About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [IT services, FMCG, SaaS, real estate].
• Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
