Job Description: Social Media Manager Position: Social Media Manager About the Role We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve engagement, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage the company s social media strategy. curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram YouTube, and emerging channels.
-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to execute the strategy planned.
-Able to build relationships.
-Create and drive Engagement Campaigns in Whatsapp communities- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships with the online community.

-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role- (3-5 years )- Hands-on experience with social media management tools- (preferably Zoho Social, etc.).
-Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
-Working knowledge of Excel and powerpoint- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.- Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or Canva/Adobe tools- is a plus.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications - Experience in content strategy and influencer marketing- - Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools- - Knowledge of B2B and B2C social media strategies.
