The dealer will act as the primary point of contact for trade execution and ensure strict adherence to all market regulations and internal compliance policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trade execution, client service, and providing investment guidance in line with research recommendations. Key Responsibilities-- Execute buy/sell trades on behalf of clients in equities and derivatives.- Maintain and enhance client relationships by ensuring timely and efficient service.- Take trade confirmations from clients and ensure accurate order execution.- Provide investment guidance to clients as per the recommendations of the research team.- Maintain updated records of client interactions and trades in compliance with company policies.- Ensure complete data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.- Coordinate with internal teams (Research, Compliance, Operations) for seamless client experience. Desired Candidate Profile-- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.- NISM certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.- 3-5 years of experience in equity dealing or advisory.- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
