Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Market Positioning- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Define the brand s value proposition, positioning and messaging to enhance market share and consumer perception.- Track and improve brand health metrics, including awareness, engagement and consumer sentiment.- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.Consumer Insights & Market Research- Leverage data analytics and market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences and emerging trends.- Conduct research on already launched products and provide insights for continuous improvement.New Product Development- Conceptualize and develop innovative product ideas based on market trends and consumer needs.- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for product realization- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies- Ensure timely and successful product launches- Evaluate and enhance existing product offeringsCampaign Development & Execution- Conceptualize and drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer marketing and social media.- Ensure execution excellence by working cross-functionally with product, design, PR, and media teams.- Monitor campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand impressions, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.- Continuously innovate and implement new brand-building initiatives.Reporting & Performance Measurement- Establish a robust measurement framework to assess brand performance and campaign impact.- Report key brand metrics, competitive positioning, and actionable insights to senior leadership.- Optimize marketing spend by ensuring cost-effective strategies with a strong return on investment (ROI).Project Management & Compliance- Oversee artwork, branding claims, and regulatory compliance for marketing materials.- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.Stakeholder & Team Management- Align internal teams and external agencies to drive brand goals effectively.- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on learning and development.- Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand strategies with business objectives.Key Requirements:- Proven track record of leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in market research, consumer insights, and brand performance tracking.
