Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead our Industrial sales segment, for hunting new business wins along with farmer acumen for enduring existing client partnerships. Reporting to the Business Lead, you ll architect sales strategies that accelerate market penetration, foster cross-functional synergy, and deliver outsized results in a competitive FTL landscape. This role demands a visionary who thrives on high-stakes targets, team-building, and operational agility to propel Onmove toward industry leadership.Key Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Acceleration: Lead new business acquisition and retention, achieving and exceeding individual/team targets through targeted hunting in industrial sectors and farming key accounts for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.- Craft Growth Strategies: Design and execute sales initiatives to capture market share, leveraging data insights to identify high-potential lanes, RFQs, and partnerships-aiming for high YoY growth.- Champion RFQ Excellence: Orchestrate end-to-end participation in RFQs and bids, developing compelling proposals, negotiating high-value contracts, and converting opportunities into wins.- Build Sales Teams: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a lean, high-impact team (5-10 members) across key industrial hubs; implement coaching frameworks, performance dashboards, and incentive structures to boost team quota attainment to 110% .- Foster Innovation & Insights: Champion tech adoption and provide market intelligence to refine Delta offerings, contributing to company-wide strategy.
