Course launch management- Plan and execute new course launches with coordinators (content, landing pages, FAQs, pricing).Pre- recorded course coordination- Gather recordings, ensure editing, thumbnails, transcripts, and QA before publish.Digital marketing and lead generation- Run/coordinate performance marketing, SEO, email, affiliates, and social promotions.Partnerships (EdTech and institutions)- Identify, pitch, and onboard partner companies/universities; finalize terms and integrations. Instructor acquisition and management- Source instructors, negotiate revenue share, manage contracts and content timelines.Sales growth and revenue ownership- Build monthly/quarterly growth plans, pricing, upsell/cross-sellStakeholder and operations coordination- Align with content, marketing, tech, support, and finance; maintain SOPs and dashboards.Team building, training, and performance- Hire, onboard, and coach sales and ops teams; run weekly reviews and playbooks.
