Why This Role Matters:This isn t just about editing and designing new creatives for our brand. This person will single-handedly own the entire creative, communication, design and packaging charter for the brand across D2C and marketplaces. This person will own the creative and packaging engine for our entire organization.What You ll Own:- You will have to collaborate with brand, performance, category, teams to understand requirements and deliver cohesive designs.- You will also own the entire product packaging for our brand across Online and Offline platforms- You will produce original graphics, layouts, branding elements, infographics, promotional materials, and digital artwork.- Design interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital products, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical specifications into creative, clear, and functional designs.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and visual concepts.- Present design drafts and prototypes for review, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in all visual content and maintain brand identity across all platforms.- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying new knowledge to projects as appropriate.- Develop templates, design libraries, and scalable assets for ongoing use across channels.- Conduct research into market trends, competitor branding, and audience preferences as input for design decisions.Who You Are:1. 2 years experience in designing, visualizing and solving for design elements for D2C/Ecommerce brands2. Energy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.3. Creativity to identify new initiatives.4. Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.5. High level of ownership and execution.6.
