We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with proven experience in IT ERP sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building business relationships, and driving sales growth for our ERP software solutions in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions within targeted industries (School, Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, etc.).- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs.- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers.- Negotiate and close sales deals in coordination with management.- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for lead nurturing and relationship management.- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and sales information.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors products, and market demands.
