Required Production Manager - Chennai

We are looking for a skilled and motivated& Mechanical Engineer& to join our team as a& Production Manager. The ideal candidate should have& 3 4 years of hands-on experience, especially in handling and operating& powderising / pulverising machines& (or your exact machine name). The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage production operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee& powerising/pulverising machines& and related equipment
• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
• Prepare production reports and documentation
• Lead and guide production staff on the shop floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 4 years of experience in industrial production
• Hands-on experience with& powerising machines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and supervise production teams
• Good communication and planning skills
