This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, exploring market insights, and executing on-ground promotions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and caf teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities :On-Field Marketing & Customer Interaction- Conduct on-ground promotions around cafs, offices, colleges, and nearby markets- Engage with customers to collect feedback and insights- Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials- Assist in building local partnerships with offices, societies, and vendorsBranding & Activation- Support the planning and execution of on-ground marketing campaigns- Assist with caf-level branding (banners, standees, display setups)- Capture on-field photos/videos for updates and reportingMarket Research- Study competitor cafs, offers, and customer traffic patterns- Identify potential branding opportunities and high-footfall areas- Maintain structured data of market findings and suggestionsCoordination & Reporting- Coordinate with caf teams for daily activities- Track and report customer feedback, footfall impact, and campaign performance- Prepare brief daily reports during the internshipQualifications & Requirements- Pursuing or completing a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field- Freshers are welcome- Strong communication and people-handling skills- Confident in customer interaction and brand representation- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced on-ground environmentCompany LinksWebsite: instagram.com/beanandcoasterHow to ApplyInterested candidates may send their resume (ref:updazz.com)
