Area Sales Executive - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Pune (BFSI Sales)

Location: pune, Maharashtra Full-Time | On-Roll Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Conduct sales planning and forecasting for your assigned territory.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales gaps.
-Drive execution of campaigns and promotional activities with advisors.
-Track daily sales performance and take proactive measures to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing - preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
