Job Title: Team Lead - OperationsLocation: BangaloreExperience: 2-6 yearsRole OverviewAs a Team Lead - Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-25 Credit Advisors who focus on engaging subscribed users, identifying repayment opportunities, and cross-selling customized financial solutions.You will play a key role in driving revenue through lead conversions and repayments while ensuring a seamless user experience.
