Alumni Relations - Senior Graphic Designer (2-4 Yrs) Delhi (Content/Design)

Must Have Skills : Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. CanvaPreferable Skills : Lightroom, After Effects, Adobe XD, Website DevelopmentThe roles and responsibilities for the position include, but not limited to: - Prepare briefs for each project and present design to all relevant stakeholders during early project phases.- Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company s brand and vision, while also meeting usability, aesthetics, and other performance standards.
-Create wireframes, prototypes, sketches, mock-ups, and/or other assets to illustrate design ideas. Transform those into intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with the IT department.- Design collaterals such as posters, banners, emailers, leader boards, announcements, and other collaterals utilized in various department events and for sending communications.
-Prepare, design, and format presentation materials, reports, newsletters, communication materials, releases, social media postings, campaign communications and similar material.
-Prepare, design, develop, and format communications for campaigns related to fundraising, alumni outreach, department announcements, and all other activities.- Ensure timelines and quality standards are fully adhered to while delivering one s output.
-Design, prepare, format, and develop Customer Experience Flows for assets and platforms of the department.- Maintain knowledge of design trends and innovative products; conduct market research.- Carry out competitor analysis for newer products, services, approaches, or concepts and benchmark existing ones, at the older sister IITs and overseas Universities having a similar endowment fund presence.- Plan and Execute the Video Content Plan in coordination with Content & Marketing Manager & Reporting Manager/Leadership, ensure delivery basis the Annual Content Plan covering broad buckets - Explainer/ Educative Videos, Alumni Interactions/ Podcasts/ Event Videos/ Testimonials/ Product Videos/ Thematic Videos/ Event Videos/ Etc.- Conceptualize, test & execute new Video Content formats with an aim of enhancing engagement with Alumni.
