Accountant : Financial Reporting

Summary
We are seeking a detail:oriented and knowledgeableAccountant : Financial Reporting at Gainwell,with experience in financial reporting to join our finance team. The role involves performing accounting processes and supporting accurate financial reporting and audits. The ideal candidate should process strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Your role in our mission
:
Maintain in:depth understanding and hands:on experience inFinance and Accounting operations.
:
Perform month:end close activities in line with financial reporting timelines.
:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P and L, flux, variance, and trend analysis.
:
Develop insightful dashboards, KPIS using excel, Power BI/Tableau.
:
Create clear, compelling, and data driven presentations for management.
:
Present timely performance decks/PPT 's to finance leadership and business heads.
:
Support adhoc analysis with accuracy and clarity.
:
Support internal and external audit requirements.
:
Assume other activities and responsibilities related to GL as directed.
What were looking for
:
Master 's degree in finance, commerce, Management or Economics
:
At least 3:4 years of experience in GL Accounting
:
Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.
:
Experience in reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
:
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
:
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
