• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment
• Prepare daily reports and maintain trackers
• Build professional communication with candidates

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment (training provided for freshers)
