Manager - Sales - Flooring/Ceramics & Sanitary (5-10 Yrs) Lucknow (B2B/Corporate Sales)

- Location: Lucknow- Department: Flooring, Ceramics & SanitaryKey Responsibilities:- Drive sales for flooring, ceramic tiles, and sanitary products across the Lucknow region.- Identify and convert project opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors in Lucknow and nearby areas.- Ensure product specification, approvals, and timely order closures for ongoing and upcoming projects.- Strengthen dealer/distributor network, monitor sales performance, and ensure adequate product visibility.- Execute marketing activities, influencer meets, and product demonstrations to increase brand reach in Lucknow.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.- Coordinate with logistics, pricing, and product teams to ensure stock availability and smooth supply chain.- Lead and guide field sales staff, monitor daily activities, and support in resolving customer issues.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the business plan.- Maintain reports, sales forecasts, and MIS for management review.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, and project sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to manage key influencers and handle project-based sales independently.- Analytical mindset with strong planning and team-handling ability.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Experience Required:- 5-10 years in ceramics/sanitary/flooring/project sales in the Lucknow or UP market.If interested Apply at : 6261723827 (ref:updazz.com)
