ParadigmIT - Field Sales Role (4-7 Yrs) Hyderabad (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities1. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for AI solutions across BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors.2. Identify and qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and close high-value deals through consultative selling.3. Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs.4. Engage CXO-level stakeholders to articulate ParadigmIT s differentiated value proposition in AI-led transformation.5. Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth through strategic account development.6. Represent ParadigmIT at industry events, webinars, and partner forums to enhance brand visibility.7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to refine positioning.8.
