Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.About the CEO and Co-Founder:Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.- Identify new retail opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territories.- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights for growth.- Train and guide sales staff or field teams to improve execution and performance.- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability.Qualifications & Skills:1. Proven 2-3 Years of experience in offline sales, retail, or FMCG distribution.2. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.3. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.4. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.5. Understanding of the retail and FMCG ecosystem is a plus.
