Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer with 1-2 years of experience to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a flair for translating complex technical information into understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences.Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, product guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.- Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and support teams to gather information and understand project requirements.- Edit, review, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.- Standardize content across platforms and adhere to branding and documentation guidelines.- Update and maintain existing documentation based on new releases, product changes, and user feedback.- Organize content in a logical structure using tools like Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, or XML-based editors.- Support the creation of visual aids such as flowcharts, screenshots, and diagrams.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT services or software company.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them in simple language.- Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS Office, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Snagit, or RoboHelp.- Basic understanding of software development processes, APIs, and IT infrastructure is a plus.- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.- Knowledge of Agile methodology and working in a fast-paced tech environment.- If you re passionate about simplifying complex information and improving user experience through documentation, we d love to hear from you.
