We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid media channels, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.Key Responsibilities :- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.- Continuously optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting efficiency.- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.- Manage retargeting, display, and performance-based campaigns to drive bookings and conversions.- Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for management review.- Stay updated with new digital trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the hospitality sector.Eligibility & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce.- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Key Skills :- Paid campaign management and optimization- Data-driven decision making- Conversion rate optimizationGrowth Opportunities :- Exposure to multi-channel campaigns and high-budget projects.- Opportunity to progress into the role of Performance Marketing Associate / Assistant Manager.- Hands-on experience in scaling digital marketing efforts for a leading hospitality brand.
