Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.2. Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media.3. Pitch services/products to prospective clients and convert them into business.4. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.5. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, project, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.6. Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.8. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.9. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Requirements:1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred in [industry name-e.g., digital marketing, IT, or design agency]).3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.4. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6.
