Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual who can handle product marketing , client visits , technical on-site service , and product delivery support .
The role requires good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to assist customers on-site. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales

• Promote company products to new and existing customers.
• Visit clients, explain product features, and generate leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
• Handle basic marketing activities like product demos, presentations, and follow-ups.

Product Marketing

• Understand product specifications and communicate them clearly to customers.
• Support the team in launching new products and campaigns.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Technical Assistance (On-site)

• Visit customer locations for basic technical support or service.
• Install, configure, or demonstrate products as needed.
• Solve on-site issues or coordinate with the senior technical team for solutions.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain service logs.

On-site Service / Delivery

• Deliver products safely to customer sites when needed.
• Assist in product setup and ensure proper installation.
• Take customer signatures, update delivery records, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic technical understanding (training will be provided).
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Time management and problem-solving attitude.
• Positive, professional behavior with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any field).
• Knowledge of electronics, electrical, automation, or related fields is a plus.
• Freshers can apply training will be provided.
