Key Responsibilities:- Handle a mixed business profile, leading both dealer sales and architect/specification business.- Build strong connections with dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and plumbing consultants.- Generate specifications with architects and ensure conversion through channel partners.- Ensure product display management, merchandising, and training at dealer counters.- Achieve assigned sales targets, secondary sales, and market share growth.- Conduct regular market visits, territory coverage, and performance reviews.- Monitor competition, pricing, and new products to support strategic planning.- Support billing, collections, stock movement, and order follow-ups for smooth operations.- Execute local marketing activities, influencer meets, and customer engagement programs.Candidate Requirements:- Graduate/ Diploma preferred.- 3-7 years of experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, plumbing, or building materials industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Experience handling both channel and architect/project sales.- Willingness to travel across the Kumaon region.
