Process 9 - Inside Sales Role (0-2 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Gurgaon (On-site role) Responsibilities: - Generate leads through email, cold calls, social media, database marketing, etc.
-Connect with the CXO level and departmental heads to identify the need for Process9 services.
-Route qualified leads to the sales team for further development.
-Providing introductory-level product and service information on the company s offerings.
-Able to answer any initial questions a potential customer may have. Skills Required: - Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
-Able to do cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn research, and maintain a database.
-Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
-Strong time management skills and highly passionate about Marketing and Sales.
-Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
