Position Title: Regional Sales SpecialistExperience: 0-2 YearsLocation : Pune Skills set : B2B,solution -based sales,sales experience,End to end saleKey Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new client acquisition and existing account management.- Plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos across different cities within the assigned region.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed.Required Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).- Up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory.- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states.- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
