You will be responsible for ensuring high:quality day:to:day service delivery by defining, tracking, and meeting ambitious KPIs and SLAs.

You will provide advanced technical expertise in BASIS and database technologies-particularly HANA.
:
You will collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver proactive operations services along with effective alert:reduction programs.
:
You will manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction.

You will proactively monitor alerts and maintain system stability by analyzing issues and implementing timely corrective actions with clear mitigation plans, in 247 operations
:
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Also optimize standard operating procedures through automation and deliver proactive, on:demand operational services, including alert:reduction programs for all stakeholders.
What you 'll bring

10 years of experience in SAP Basis ( mainly in ABAP and Java), SAP Operations, and SAP Monitoring, with strong expertise across SAP systems, HANA databases, and the supporting infrastructure components.

Hands:on proficiency with monitoring platforms such as SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, FRUN, and various third:party tools.
:
Demonstratedability to diagnose system issues effectively using logs, traces, and alert outputs, supported by strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem:solving mindset.
:
Experience implementing preventive measures and stabilizing complex SAP environments to ensure consistent performance and reliability. A solid understanding of Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals further strengthens your technical foundation.

Additionally, you bring experience in problem management and structured root:cause analysis methodologies, enabling you to drive continuous improvement and long:term operational stability.
