What role you will play in our team
Support remote machinery surveillance activities, troubleshooting efforts and root cause failure analysis, project engineering and digital initiatives. Provide technical oversight to remote machinery surveillance program. Also support BTC machinery digital initiatives.
Candidate will be stationed at Bengaluru Technology Centre (Bengaluru, Karnataka)
What you will do

:Support in development and update machinery engineering tools, guides, and specifications.
:Support machinery troubleshooting remotely / through site support including but not limited to overhauls.
:Support inspection and testing activities at vendor shops and ExxonMobil sites
:Participate in machinery risk assessments and MOCs engineering evaluations.
:Support in development of and / or optimization of machinery maintenance strategies
:Support in evaluation and qualification of machinery supplier facilities
:Support machinery reliability, integrity, and optimization initiatives.
:Provide actionable insights using data analytics for fleet reliability improvement
:Inter:disciplinary collaboration for providing end to end solution
:Oversee the activities of engineering contractors and machinery suppliers
:Support in evaluation and qualification of new machinery technologies
:Support in the development of digital solutions and tools to automate the workflows .
:May require to travel to Business units for short durations
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
:Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering,
:Minimum 1 year of experience in upstream or downstream oil and gas machinery engineering projects , operations or maintenance, reliability or machinery surveillance is an added advantage
:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills.
:Basic understanding of rotating equipment such as centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, reciprocating engines, motors, generators and pumps and related systems
