Job Description
Role: Responsible for acquiring new customers for broadband services in assigned territory and achieving defined sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, and lead conversion. Identify potential customers and pitch suitable broadband plans and offers. Visit residential and commercial areas to promote broadband services. Ensure timely installation and activation of broadband connections. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM tools as required. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Essentials: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation Preferred. Experience: 0 2 years in field sales (preferably Telecom/Broadband). Language Proficiency: Local language Basic English/Hindi. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Willing to work in field and travel within assigned areas.Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of broadband/Internet technology. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Time management and reporting skills.
