The role involves daily monitoring, performance reviews, conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis), providing feedback, and ensuring overall productivity and motivation of the team.Responsibilities:- Manage the team effectively to achieve daily and monthly targets.- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to identify and resolve performance issues.- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.- Motivate and recognize team members for their achievements.- Manage attendance and control shrinkage within the team.- Create and maintain team rosters for smooth operations.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
-Strong analytical skills to perform RCA and monitor performance metrics.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Ability to motivate and engage a team.- Proficient in using performance tracking tools like Metabase Pro and T-live Dashboard.- Strong organizational skills to manage rosters and training schedules.
