STS - Regional Sales Manager (2-8 Yrs) Gujarat/Maharashtra (B2B/Corporate Sales)

- As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding STS s presence across Solar EPCs, Industrial customers, OEMs, and consultants in your region.
-You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, generate enquiries, and convert them into orders for solar inverter-duty, distribution, and industrial transformers.
-The role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting site and technical meetings, coordinating closely with Design, Tendering, and Production teams to prepare accurate proposals and GTPs, and ensuring smooth order execution and timely deliveries.- You will actively track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines while representing STS in key customer interactions, industry events, and regional market engagements, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in your territory.
