- Associate Product Manager (Fresher) - NITs/IIITs/IITs - Company: CollegeDekho - Location: Gurugram | Full-time | Onsite About the Role :CollegeDekho is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Product Manager (fresher) to help manage and optimize our flagship education portal serving 10 million users monthly. This entry-level role is tailored for top-tier graduates from NITs, IIITs, or equivalent, keen to gain hands-on experience in product management, digital growth, and innovative AI projects that directly improve user acquisition and engagement.
-Key Responsibilities : - Support senior product managers in the end-to-end management of the CollegeDekho website, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for millions of users.
-Collaborate with engineering, content, and design teams to build features and resolve issues impacting user journey and KPIs - Analyze website and user data (Google Analytics, SQL, etc.) to monitor performance and uncover growth opportunities.
-Explore and initiate AI projects focused on traffic improvement, content recommendation, and personalization.
-Benchmark competitors and conduct industry research to inform innovative product solutions.
-Prepare clear business requirement documents, wireframes, and product specs.
-Track project progress, run experiments, measure outcomes, and share insights with cross-functional teams.
-Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, translating this into actionable product changes. Desired Profile :- B.Tech/B.E. from NITs, IIITs, IITs, or top universities (2024 or 2025 pass-out; 0-1 years of experience).
-Strong interest in product, technology, analytics, and AI-driven solutions for web products.
-Basic knowledge of website metrics, web analytics tools, A/B testing, and user research.
-Exposure to or passion for AI/ML concepts and digital growth strategies is a plus.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
