Job descriptionAbout the Role:We re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can think beyond basic editing - someone who blends creativity with technology. You ll handle the full production cycle - from shoot planning and camera handling to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. You ll also stay ahead of industry trends, use AI-based tools to enhance workflows, and bring a content creator s mindset to every project.Key Responsibilities- Plan, lead, and execute video projects across marketing campaigns, podcasts, social media, and brand films.- Manage pre-production (storyboarding, lighting, sound, and camera setup) and post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics, color grading).- Operate and manage professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear during shoots.- Edit and assemble raw footage using modern editing techniques and create engaging narratives.- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-based tools.- Use automation and AI (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika Labs, Midjourney) to enhance speed and creativity.- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across video formats.- Maintain a structured workflow for file management, media backups, and final delivery.- Stay updated with new trends, editing plugins, and social-first video styles (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).- Mentor junior editors and assist in optimizing team processes for faster turnaround.Required Skills- 5 years of experience in video editing, production, and motion graphics.- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.- Knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion design principles.- Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and basic cinematography.- Understanding of digital video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.- Awareness of modern AI tools and plugins for creative editing workflows.- Excellent storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across projects.Bonus Skills- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content analytics.- Familiarity with brand communication and storytelling for digital-first audiences.What We Offer- A chance to create high-visibility videos that drive brand impact.- Exposure to AI-integrated content workflows and creator-led formats.- A collaborative environment with India s top SEO and content experts.- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
