Job Responsibilities:1) To attend the machine for Service request, Preventive maintenance and Service campaign.- Attend the installation & complaints of Spraying & Dusting Machine. (major & minor)- Proper analysis of complaint and proper reporting to Service Manager- Daily Work report to Service Manager- Parts sale to customer- Dealer support for parts & Service- To provide information to ASM of warranty parts replacement.- Should be work in Sales as per company requirements.Requirement:- Any ITI or Diploma with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Service Mechanic.- Handling Customer Machine Complaints and resolving in 24 hrs.- Good communication skills.- Transparency in between customer and Management.- Operate Android phone and basic knowledge of MS-OFFICEEducation: - I.T.I. in Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Tractor Mechanic/Pump Mechanic.
