You ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners and parents, helping them understand our programs and guiding them through the enrollment journey.This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities:- Promote Courses: Reach out to potential students and parents to explain TechShaala s AI & Robotics programs (Bootcamp & Introduction courses).- Guide Enrollments: Understand individual student needs (age, interest, goals) and suggest the most suitable program.- Follow Up & Convert: Maintain regular communication with leads to encourage course sign-ups and meet enrollment targets.- Target Achievement: Consistently work towards achieving or exceeding monthly enrollment goals.- Represent the Brand: Participate in virtual sessions, workshops, or campaigns as a representative of TechShaala.
