Overview:We are seeking a versatile and highly creative graphic designer to bring our brand vision to life across multiple platforms - from digital to print, social to packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt brand guidelines to different formats while ensuring consistency and impact. This role blends creativity with strategy, requiring someone who can both conceptualize and execute designs that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Website & Landing Page Design:- Design visually compelling banners for landing pages.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.- Optimize creatives for performance, fast loading, and mobile responsiveness.2. Advertising Creatives:- Develop static and motion-based ad creatives for platforms like Google Meta, Instagram and other paid channels.3. Retention & CRM Creatives:- Design emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and push notification graphics that drive clicks and conversions.- Work on copy and content to balance visual appeal with clarity and messaging.- Also m Maintain brand voice and identity across all retention channels.4. Social Media Strategy & Execution:- Create engaging static, carousel, and video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.- Work with the marketing team on monthly content calendars and campaign-specific posts.- Adapt designs for both organic and paid social formats, ensuring consistency in tone and visual style.- Creating engaging & interactive polls, contests, social posts for engagement- Content for festvials, milestones, games, campaigns - creating hype and intrigue5. Packaging Design:- Conceptualize and design product packaging that is both functional and visually impactful.- Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure print accuracy and finish quality.6. Print & Outdoor Media:- Design layouts for newspaper ads, flyers, brochures, and other offline marketing materials.- Create hoarding and billboard designs optimized for high visibility and brand recall.- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production partners for quality control.7. Marketplace Creatives:- Develop product listings, banners, and promotional graphics for e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Namshi, etc.).- Ensure creatives meet platform-specific requirementsSkills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferably from Nift.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, & equivalent tools.- Experience with motion graphics tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.- Knowledge of digital marketing formats and performance-driven design.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.- A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and packagingSoft Skills:- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality.- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
