- Review podcast content to identify engaging moments, themes, and insights for social media.- Write compelling captions for podcast promotions and Instagram stories that resonate with our audience.- Collaborate with editors to create visually striking thumbnails and short-form content from podcast episodes.- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar to optimize reach and engagement on Instagram and YouTube.- Create engaging street interview content that aligns with our brand s voice.- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.- Stay updated with social media trends, particularly for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content formats.Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.- Strong understanding of podcast content marketing and audience engagement strategies.- Experience in coordinating with video editors and graphic designers.- Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating captivating captions.- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.- Must have 1 years of experience in social media management.
