Job Description
Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with a proven background in B2B SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our global client base and driving recurring revenue.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target domestic and international B2B markets- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels- Develop a deep understanding of client pain points and demonstrate how our SaaS solution addresses their business needs- Schedule and deliver persuasive product demos and presentations to decision-makers- Build and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients in alignment with business goals- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and global market conditionsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably across multiple geographies- Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas- Experience selling to mid-level and senior-level decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Departments, CXOs)- Familiarity with international sales practices, time zones, and client expectations- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) (ref:updazz.com)
