Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Online Bidder to generate business through various freelancing and bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying opportunities, writing effective proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities :- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through bidding portals.- Write custom proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
-Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and project negotiations.- Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations, portfolios, and project estimates.- Maintain and update profiles on bidding platforms to improve visibility.
-Meet monthly and quarterly targets for project acquisition and revenue.
-Provide regular reports and market feedback to management.Required Skills:- Proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into winning proposals.- Basic knowledge of web development, mobile apps, SEO, or software services.- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Time management and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.- Experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.- Understanding of project pricing, timelines, and tech stacks (bonus).
