Job description:We are seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Executive with at least 1 year of experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or a related service industry. This role combines client acquisition & retention with day-to-day operations management of the coworking space. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the center while driving occupancy and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Sales:1) Handle walk-in inquiries, site visits, and convert leads into members2) Support sales targets by closing deals for private cabins, open desks, and meeting rooms3) Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures4) Build relationships with existing members to drive renewals and referralsOperations:1) Oversee daily functioning of the coworking center (cleanliness, internet, security, supplies)2) Act as the first point of contact for members and resolve queries promptly3) Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff for smooth operations4) Ensure compliance with Bootstart s SOPs and service standards5) Support community-building activities and client engagement initiatives.Pay: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:- Health insurance- Provident Fund- Work Location: Aundh In person (ref:updazz.com)
