Job description:Experience-: 3-8 Years ( sales of scaffolding, aluminium formwork,construction equipment)Key Responsibilities:Key Skills & Competencies:- Prior experience in marketing and sales of scaffolding, aluminium formwork, construction equipment, or related products is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of construction site operations and technical aspects of scaffolding/formwork systems.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Marketing & Business Development :- Identify and develop new business opportunities in regional and national construction markets.- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business from infrastructure companies, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.- Promote scaffolding and aluminium formwork systems through technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.- Participate in tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes.- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with production and delivery timelines.Market Research & Strategic Planning:- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to monitor pricing trends, technology advancements, and emerging customer needs.- Assist in formulating marketing strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.- Support the launch of new products and services based on market intelligence and customer feedback.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you have relevant experience in heavy equipment, Elevators or aluminium Framework?
