The ideal candidate has a passion for digital design, expertise in UX/UI, motion graphics, and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
-As a critical member of the creative team, you ll work closely with the Art Director to bring Lorien s vision to life across multiple digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:-1) Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and presentations.2) Design visually appealing UX/UI elements for Lorien s website and digital interfaces.3) Develop motion graphics and animations for videos, social media content, and ad campaigns.4) Ensure all designs align with Lorien s brand identity, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.5) Work with the Art Director to evolve and refine the brand s visual style.6) Partner with content writers, video producers, and marketing managers to execute campaign ideas.7) Support the Art Director in ideation and brainstorming sessions.8) Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to create fresh, impactful visuals.9) Experiment with new techniques, including Generative AI tools, to enhance design processes.10) Masterfully use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma for design projects.Qualifications:- 1)Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2) 4 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, motion graphics, and social media content.3) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.4) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.5) Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.6) Familiarity with website design best practices and user experience (UX/UI).7) A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent attention to detail.8) Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.9) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What s in It for You:-1) Competitive salary and benefits package.2) Fastest growth with the growth of the company.3) Opportunity to drive meaningful impact in education financing.4) Collaborative, purpose-driven, and growth-focused work environment.
