Job Summary : - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counselor to join our team and help guide prospective learners toward the right educational and career path.- This role requires a customer-focused, target-driven individual who can effectively engage with students or working professionals, understand their academic and career goals, and recommend suitable programs offered by the institution.
-The Senior Academic Counselor plays a critical role in bridging the gap between a learner s goals and the programs we offer.Key Responsibilities : Lead Conversion: Counsel potential learners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and video consultations.
-Understand their educational needs, career aspirations, and recommend appropriate courses or programs accordingly.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals by converting leads into enrollments through effective communication and rapport building.Team Support: Guide and support junior counselors in handling difficult queries, managing objections, and improving conversions.Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure engagement and timely enrollment decisions.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress on the CRM platform.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with program offerings, competitor programs, market trends, and learner expectations to provide relevant guidance.Feedback Loop: Share insights and learner feedback with the marketing and product teams for improving offerings and communication strategies.
